Taz was the second dachshund we got. After Nicole got Bessica, our oldest son, Timothy, had to have his own pet. He was bought from from a friend of Bessica's breeder and is a half brother to Bessica. He is a miniature red smooth. He also has epilepsy, but has only ever had two seizures in his entire life. He is a sweet boy although very protective and a little grumpy in his old age.

Spike is our rescue boy. My husband is a painter and while he was painting a local animal shelter he discovered Spike was a resident. He talked to the workers there and they told him that Spike was in there for the seventh time - every other time his owners had come to get him - and he would be up for adoption in a few days. When he was ready to go home his owners did not come get him so we rescued him as a pet for our middle son, Robby. He is a tweenie black and tan dapple smooth. He is truly the sweetest dog you could ever meet; Robby and he are inseperable.

Joey is the newest dachshund here at Doxn Daze. He is a boy of our breeding, out of Willow, by Ozzie. He was placed in a pet home at 3 months old, where he lived happily for a year. Due to recent complications, however, his owners were forced to return him to us. He is a sweet and delicate boy and we decided that instead of placing him again he will stay here with us. He is a miniature black and tan double dapple longhair.
